I'm kind of pissed in hindsight. $215 + £46.26 for UK Customs (CCL) The HD650 from Amazon UK are only about £15 more than the "real" price I've ended up paying.

SuperHyped6XXGuyNope, the Hd650 are going for ~$291 from Amazon UK, with no customs duty and next day delivery. Thanks to the fact that the 6xx went from Ireland to USA and then back across to the UK plus their estimated value; I get stung by VAT, handling, and duty. Hell, if I need a longer cable, the 6xx will work out more expensive than the 650's. I guess in reality, I've paid for a 650 with a blue headband for a few £ less which I can live with.
In the End, I guess I've relearn t the rule I should have been following; that unless it's a true massdrop exclusive and/or its more than 30% cheaper than local retail, massdrop just isn't worth it to the UK. Don't just get sucked in by the hype.

ninjamonkeyI've noticed that international buyers get screwed bad on these drops. But in some cases it evens out. I saw a monitor arm from elsewhere on massdrop and it cost more for US shipping bringing the price to annoy the same as me being it from Amazon. In a smaller sense I understand your pain.

iCeOL8TRAmnesiaNo, I'm just slightly annoyed that whilst massdrop will ship internationally, there is no easy way to get the true total cost of delivery without going to other sites to perform the calculations. Doesn't seem like it should be that hard to do that directly on the site especially with api access...

I don't understand why you think I'm completely in the wrong for wanting to know how much something will cost me before purchasing. I'm not at all fussed about having to pay, I'm just suggesting a way to know the amount ahead of time.
