jerroldsFrom how I understood it, the shipping is $50. Then, when you pick it up at the post office, there would be $46 estimated due for taxes and clearances. That brings an expected total import cost of $96 roughly.

WillHey Will, I just got a notification from UPS asking for $138.72 for duties and taxes. I looked through the discussions and saw a few other people now who have reported over $100 in duties and taxes all to varying amounts. It feels like we're getting ripped off by the carriers because none of the numbers are the same, not even close. Most of us should have similar tax rates. I'm from BC, so I should have a median number, but my number is at the upper end. The others have stated $100.34, $146.xx, & $114.04.

tannydThis is an old thread. Duties are closer to $100CAD when all was said and done due to some changes. That, on top of the shipping fee.
