Not that I am seriously considering buying that with the 170$ shipping and handling to Europe (+customs...), but what would make it much better than a say 46" 4K TV ? Just curious because I have been considering buying a TV as a monitor for a while, and the 16:9 ratio is probably better for anything else than gaming.

KlikitiklakTV's are simply not designed for gaming - it'd be lacking way too many of the features that matter for it to be seriously considered for computer monitor.

jloopy212But many people play on TV monitors with consoles. Is the experience really that worse than with a gaming monitor? What are the features that would be lacking?

KlikitiklakOh absolutely - consoles are unequivocally a poorer experience - like night and day depending on the game. Now, a big part of that is simply the fact that consoles are woefully underpowered compared to modern desktops. The PS4 for example, is using essentially a proprietary version of the 7850, which is well-below even an entry-level GPU from last generation in terms of specs.
So consoles can kind of get away with using crappy TV panels because they really aren't able to put out much higher output. Even if they could theoretically output more, they won't because console manufacturers implement things like framerate caps. For example, Destiny 2 is capped at 30 FPS on consoles so any panel refresh rates higher than than literally do absolutely nothing.
At any rate, if you're talking about gaming monitors, the biggest features you're missing out on are higher refresh rates, adaptive sync technology, and faster response times.

jloopy212OK. As an (admittedly rather casual those days) PC gamer myself, I am well aware of the technical inferiority of consoles ;-) However I never paid much attention to the "gaming" stats of monitors (using Dell IPS monitors at the moment, works well enough). Thanks for the details.
