Maybe you’re looking to round out your watch collection, or maybe you love the thrill of the unknown. Whatever the case, the Massdrop Watch Mystery Box is filled with intrigue Read More
I Recieved an Orient bambino Automatic. It was a nice watch. My plan was to give this as a gift to a family member. This watch lined up perfectly to his tastes.
I only bought one watch and it wasn’t a great outcome for me. However, I had a lot of fun watching and anticipating what I might get. It’s like playing the lotto and knowing you’ll come out with at least what you put in. I’d do it again if they offered it.
Quality is almost similar or better than luxury brands the finishing is fantastic though the Japan movemebt that came with it is a bit disappointing as the power reserve is short. The seconds hand is a let down should have painted it in colour for easier reading since it is a space watch brand.
5 star is for gratitude. I paid $250 and the formerly-known-as-Massdrop gave me Oris Aquis Small Second.
Surely amazing experience.

They say this is first and last. But I think last as Massdrop.
I'm expecting 'DROP' WATCH MYSTERY BOX someday.
And definitely I'll join again.
FIY I live in South Korea. The package weighed about 3.5lbs
Very disappointed, seems like they sent all the heavy lifter around US and let the rest of the world take care of the "shit"... Knew what I was getting my self into, but thought MD was a bit more fair..
SirdoodooThis is just false. People need to stop complaining about this. Transparency could be argued though I don’t see it... to say the worst watches were saved for out of the US is simple false and borne of your feelings toward your own watch. Several people outside the US got great watches: Breitling, Oris, Hamilton, etc... was pretty fair to me. Try expressing yourself cleanly Sir... as your trashy language makes me want to stop visiting Massdrop... not their business practices.
SirdoodooJust not the case. More "heavy lifters" in the US is simply because I'm sure the vast, vast majority of those that joined this Drop were in the US, so naturally many more would end up there just based on order numbers and probability.
I've been trying to choose the watch for myself for last 6 months, and this drop just made a decision for me. Kind of gamble, brings excitement and fun, will definitely join next one.
disappointed? Yes, I knew what I was risking? Yes, the only thing that bothers me is the lack of transparency, which is why the watches have been distributed
