So... the original pair of K7XX'es that I got about 2 years ago started acting out (the right headphone only works when I touch it in all the right places) That sucks too, because that's one of my most fav pairs of headphones. I missed the Senn 6XX drop (well, "missed" is a wrong f*n word here, because I used and abused that refresh button, just like many of you guys here did, no doubt) Anyways, all of that is ancient history. I got over this Massdrop failure by doing what any sane audiophile (oxymoron, haha) would do. I gave up and bought the original HD650's. Anyways, the reason for this long-winded comment is this - I still want a replacement for my K7XX's. As awesome as the HD650's are, they are no match for that level of comfort AKG's provide, nor the soundstage, or the transparency .
Okay, staying on topic, if there's one thing I'd change - that would be the color. Really though, why red? It's a serious piece of equipment. Make the accent color white, or gray, hell, even light blue. Why red?? Are you marketing these headphones as a gaming headset for prepubescent kids?

nTrophyBecause "red" is sexy ;-) I own also a red edition of the NAD HP 50 and V-Moda M100. There are a welcome variety among all black headphones that I have.
