Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.

As far as sound, the soundstage is amazing. There have been multiple times when I have jumped and looked to see who is behind me, only to find out that what I heard came from the music or my game. Highs are very clear and pronounced, but there is also a decent amount of bass that is noticeable. I also used them for gaming, and I was able to hear things I never noticed from any headphones I have owned in the past. I will not be switching back to my Skullcandy Hesh 2s (my old favorite headphones for gaming) anytime soon. I am in love with these headphones.
Now for the cons: I was not impressed by the plastic wires that make up the headband, and I am skeptical of how well they will hold up in the long run. All of the plastics on the headphones feel cheep, but I don't know how much that will affect the longevity of the headphones.
I honestly feel that these are one of the best values in the headphone industry right now. Other options may cost more and sound better, but I don't think the difference in cost gets you a value that is even close to these.
