This guy started on DIY audio right? How about at some point offering DIY kits? I know the majority of Massdrop wouldn't want or care about that, but you could have it show up in Audiophile and DIY Tech.
I just want to put this kind of stuff together and there really isn't a whole lot out there.

SythrixAs a heads up, the CTH was originally a DIY kit and there is a portion of the Cavalli Audio website where the various DIY kits that Cavalli has created are listed. I haven't gone too far into that part of the site as I have no need to build anything currently but you might find some cool stuff there. Unfortunately, I believe part sourcing would fall on your shoulders as Cavalli did not publish any spec'd part numbers or links to part purchases.
It would be cool to get some DIY audio on Massdrop. Just finished building my Bottlehead Crack not that long ago and the experience of building it and learning to solder was worthwhile indeed.

AhrimOfNorYes part sourcing is always a headache it seems. I remember building the original Starving Student Millett Hybrid was a nightmare to find the suggested parts, so I had to substitute a bunch, at a time when I had no idea what I was doing.
Anyways... it's not like any of us DIY people would expect a warranty or anything. I think the worst thing that would happen is that people would need help, but it would be so easy to just dedicate a forum somewhere where everyone can help each other out and post a disclaimer stating that no official troubleshooting beyond a basic instruction manual would be provided and all sales are final, etc, etc, etc...
I'll have to go peruse that website at some point and see if anything looks like something I'd want to put in the time to find and put together.
