For what purpose besides having 2 different, similar looking amps would one stack with CTH? Use CTH as a tube preamp or to have one balanced SS and a single ended tube amp?

Manbearto have one SS and one tube, My MD+ iems like my Magni 3 more because they already sound laid back enough, but the magni3 doesn't play well with my over ears like the CTH does
