Alright I got 'em. The isolation is... Crap. As expected. Largely due to the construction, but also because the cups don't seem to be glued 100% in alignment with the housing. That I deduct from the left cup leaking in more sound than the right one.
Sound however, is a much brighter story. I feel "warm sound" is understating it: Lows are clearly emphasized, along with an extra buff to the highs, but, the overall sound is whole without anything missing, and like they mentioned, pretty pleasant. For better or for worse (price/performance) these have characteristics similar to other transducers at this price range: The sound is a bit distant, with little to no ambiance, although I do like the soundstage, and hey, $75. I would say that for bass lovers, these sound on par-to-superior against the Philips SHP9500 (from memory, as I sold the latter).
Lastly, regarding construction, these are thin and feel flimsy but VERY WELL BUILT AND FINISHED. A lot of bitchin' here about the subject without making the distinction.
