Hello,
I have received my order today as well. I am not overly satisfied with the build quality. My unit is somewhat defective. One of the wood cups is loose and rattles in the slot. Also, they feel very flimsy. The sound is ok so far, need to do more testing. But the loose wood cup pisses me off a bit. Where do I need to submit a request for a replacement or some info on how to fix it? Maybe it just came out of some fittings.

BufaritzaHi Bufaritza, I've taken quite a few of these apart and put them back together. There are only two screws that hold the wood cups. When the pad comes off, there are a couple of screws to take the driver housing off and then you can see the two screws that hold the cup, if I recall correctly. Maybe one came loose so you are getting some movement back and forth? Just uses a philips head screwdriver if you want to try to tighten things. (Or, we will send you a new unit if you want to create a ticket by going to your profile, finding the transaction and hitting the contact customer service button.)
