Just got mine yesterday. Slipped it in my back pocket for the first time EDC about 15 minutes ago, and the clip got completely bent back. Anyone have any ideas as to how to get a replacement clip? I've never had this issue happen before and I own Striders, Emersons, ZT's, etc. Seems like the clip is too thin and there is no spring in it.

Iron-BuddhaLol. Trying to bend it back snapped the thing in two. WTF kind of pocket clip is this?!

Iron-BuddhaInteresting. You're not the first to mention that the clips are flimsy/not springy. I'm confident that MD will replace the clip, but I wonder if someone here will cobble together a spring steel replacement (maybe for deep carry too, hint hint)

Iron-BuddhaLooking at the design of the clip, it seems that the thin part is too thin, but not long enough - so all of the flexing is concentrated in one small length of the clip - hence a tendency to failure. My Bestech Knives titanium folder - also with a machined titanium clip - has a thicker, but also much longer thinned section, which still gives a good tension, but much more resilience as the flexing is spread over a much longer strip of metal. To me, this looks like something that should have been picked up and rectified at the design stage. I tend not to use the clip so I'm fine with it, but I feel that it is something which Massdrop/Ferrum Forge, who presumably designed the thing, should correct and rectify for their customers.

Iron-BuddhaTo illustrate my point, I include a photo of the MDxFF clip next to the clip on the little Bestech 1705 I bought a few weeks ago - you can see the difference - and when I flex the Bestech's clip even a little it flexes along the whole length. With the MDxFF clip, the only place it can flex is along the very thinnest section, which is short, so ALL the flex is concentrated on that section. I can't help feeling that this should have been anticipated and designed out.
