I just received my socks. They are pretty "scratchy". I was surprised since I generally like wool socks. I know that can be a subjective thing, but I've liked Darned Tough and Farm to Feet wool socks. Hoping these will be similar; note I haven't tried them on yet... :)
Anyone have opinions on the "feel" of these socks?

krbuckThey get better after a few washes. Maybe it is because they are made of "58% Merion Wool" ;-P Who spell checked the label guys? You had one job...

Hah! True that. I washed them once and ... wow, I love them. Really great. I love wool socks, but was a bit worried these might be too rough for me. However, they are not; they are now my favorite every day socks! I hope they last a long time. Tip for folks buying these or similar socks, don't use fabric softener or put them in the dryer - they will last a good long time.
