Massdrop x Fitsok Merino Socks: Earth 3-Pack Discussions | Drop

Hello!
With over 20,000 3-packs sold, our three styles, the Hiker, Crew and Low-Cut, have featured the same few colors. As great as they are, we’re hoping to shake up the offering by adding seasonal colorway drops throughout the year. First up is the Earth pack. Created in collaboration with the amazing team at Fitsok and our talented creative team here at Massdrop, the Earth pack is inspired by colors of nature and include Dark brown, Slate Brown, and Scout Green. Nothing changes in terms of pricing ($19.99), materials (58% merino wool, 40% nylon, 2% Lycra) or sizing (S-XXL). These are still the same 3-packs you love, in fresh colorways. Our intention with this seasonal colorway model is to use feedback from the community to build out limited run colorway offerings. This would ideally provide constant change and directly meet the needs of our community. So please include any ideas on colorways you’re looking for in addition to any other questions below. We hope you can get out and enjoy your local outdoor spaces that inspired this colorway!

kim.suarezFor some fun, I'd love to see some more extravagant colors like pink or yellow. It'd be fun to wear some loud fitsok crews with my Converse and tennis shoes. Also, I'm hoping some simple patterns (stripes) are in your future!

Maybe I missed it somewhere in the description, but what are the details of the warranty offered by Fitsok?
How does it compare to the sock warranties offered by your competitors like Darn Tough, Wigwam, Wrightsock, Farm to Feet, Icebreaker, et al?

MsilverhammerI had to take them up on their warranty and the customer service was great to work with. They took good care of me, I was very impressed.

Sounds like you were happy with the socks, and the warranty service.
I was wondering... how long did you have the socks, and what was your primary activity?
I'm thinking of using them mostly for hiking and backpacking.
Was the reason for your return, or warranty claim because your socks wore out, were torn, or threadbare, bad fit, or something else?
Was this a no cost return, or did you have to pay for shipping, etc?

MsilverhammerI got them in the last low cut drop so I have been using them for hiking and occasional daily wear for about 3 months. I have been happy with them. I had a warranty claim because one sock had a manufacturing defect. I emailed customer service at Fitsok with a description of the issue and a picture and they sent me replacements. I did not have to pay for anything. Customer service was very nice and responded to me quickly. They never made me jump through any hoops, they just fixed my problem.
