I just received mine about an hour ago. First impressions : 1) Looks - I really like the black finish... it's discreet and less flashy than its siblings; 2) Build - unfortunately it suffers from the same squeaky and loose build as the Elear (Focal, why???); 3) Comfort - very comfortable, the same as Elear, and a bit less clampy than the Clear; 4) accessories - I still wished it came with the Clear carrying case, as the box is pretty much useless... the cables are nice and a little less rigid than the ones that came with the Clear... I was surprised, however, to see that the 1/4" cable does not come with a 3.5mm screw on adapter (I should have read about this previously in the description, but still...); 5) Sound - I will burn it in for about 200 hours before giving it a good listen... so far, it sounds like a very well controlled Elear. Disclosure: I own the Elear and the Clear, so I'm looking forward to comparing all three once the Elex are burned in.
