Has anyone had the same bad luck? My first pair were broken, really bad rattling in the drivers when the bass hits especially in the right cup. I've had lots of random distortion too. I've already contacted Massdrop & they've dispatched a replacement that "shipped" (label created) so hopefully I'll have a full fledged pair soon. They're gorgeous cans man, can't wait until I hear them the way they're meant to be.
go here. https://www.massdrop.com/support and send them a message with your issue just select, (help with my order) in the next box find the right order number and then in the next box select (defective/warranty issues) and just tell them what is wrong.
Slim1271I did exactly what @alvarg said in the comment above. The support department for defects/warranty issues is only open Monday through Friday so you may not get a response immediately. That sucks though. Hopefully you can get another pair soon too.
dvnwllmsMine one is the same, right driver. Definitely not ear issue or source issue, I flipped both side and flip both cable to check. Why me! (scream) Why! It is a great headphone but suffer from quality issue. Will go for warranty replacement, Massdrop service is top notch for what I have encountered before.
Definitely not "you heard it too loud", I'm mostly use low volume listening.
For those who don't know how to test? Let me show you, go here: https://www.audiocheck.net/soundtests_headphones.php
Go "Quality" section, pray hard and go click the play button for "Bass Shaker", if have any rattle or buzz, you can go for warranty replacement.
