A screw has come loose on the left cups pivot point. I have tried to screw it back in but it is in an extremely hard place to reach and is difficult to do. I was wondering what I should do.

MewsedI have been able to stop it from doing complete 360s and restored it to its normal rotation, however it is not fully repaired.
