So are these knives currently being worked on by WE Knives? Are they projected for production in the near future? It would be really cool if Massdrop gave a few periodic updates on this drop since the eventual ship date is so far out. Teasers appreciated since we have another 4 months to go!

Yep, WE got the order from the initial run/preorder in and they should be working on these now and once they are made there should be more available for purchase with immediate shipping too.

SonGokuyep. it was stated from the start that they will be made by WE in china. it says it down in the specs i think. thats how massdrop was able to offer them at these prices

GavkoKnivesYeah actually your probably right. I've been involved with 5 drops including this one and the only time I remember getting info way early was when the knife was going to be ready over 6 weeks early. Thanks for the response all the same. Besides it's only another 80 day's 22 hours and 15 minutes but who's counting right?😨😉

JakeSizzleI agree but I'm still holding out hope that they gave themselves a lot of extra time just incase something went wrong. Like I mentioned before I've seen drops get done over a month early. Hopefully somthing like that will happen here. 😎
