RamsnerDepending on your source, pretty big. If you're listening from a computer without a dedicated audio solution (so most computers) you'll hear a lot more clarity just from the lack of signal noise that happens when everything is crammed together in the mobo

RamsnerIn terms of sound? Likely none, if you don't have "golden ears" (most of us don't, but some like to pretend they do). You may have a cleaner signal, however, if your onboard is plagued by interference.
