I've had these for a month and I'm a bit disappointed in them considering other cans in the same price range. My V-Moda XS sound much better than these. The XS have better bass and I feel the mids and highs are clearer/more distinct. Plus, the block out more outside noise, so I don't have to turn them up as loud. I have open air AKGs that I use for gaming that are around this price range and they sound better than these as well.

JoelGNo, I traded them up for V-Moda M-100s. I'm much more happy now.

RoDilla" I've had these for a month and I'm a bit disappointed in them considering other cans in the same price range. "
-Wait, the V-moda XS are like $80 more. Not exactly in the same price range, there almost twice the price.
" the XS have better bass and I feel the mids and highs are clearer/more distinct. "
- Probably true, but the bass mod probably make the HE-350 more competitive. The difference it make in mine was quite HUGE.
" Plus, the block out more outside noise, so I don't have to turn them up as loud. "
-Duh, open vs closed headphones.
"AKGs that I use for gaming that are around this price range and they sound better than these as well."
- Again probably true. In stock form the HE-350 do not sound very good at all. Harsh highs and anemic bass. Modded, I think they be competitive. I can't believe the difference it made. I also am amazed anyone likes HE-350 stock, so can't fault you for not liking them. I didn't swap pads until doing the mod, but went back to stock as the pleather HM5 pads brought back some of the highs again making it harsh at times (No where near as bad as stock, stock was crazy harsh).
