I've been searching around the internet for a longer 2x2.5mm to 3.5mm cable, because I need approximately 2m (~6.5 feet) to get these to work with my setup. I cannot find one. Those offered by HiFiMAN are more expensive than these headphones. Any suggestions for such a cable?
ptmaxGet a 3.5mm extension cable, $5 at your local radio shack. It's not the exact solution you're looking for, but it'll get the job done cheaply.

WillI don't mind spending 20-30 bucks for a quality cable. But the 110+ they're asking over at hifiman are too much .

MythicalWagyuThat cable has mono 2.5mm plugs, I think you need stereo 2.5mm plugs for Hifiman Headphones.

JaggiI admit I don't know for certain, but the replacement cable I ordered for my HiFiMan HE-400i looks like it has mono plugs (one pole per plug) and it works perfectly. Tested here: http://www.audiocheck.net/soundtests_headphones.php
This is the cable I use: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-2m-New-OFC-Replacement-Cable-for-SENNHEISER-HD477-HD497-HD212-pro-EH250-EH350-/201371663255
