Received these a few days ago and I've been trying them out. I let the headphones break in for over 24 hours. I just plugged it in and let it play for 24 hours straight with 50% volume. The treble is definitely harsh at first and these are on the bright side of things. But once you let them burn in, they found phenomenal! They are best when used with a little bit of an EQ bass boost. The sound stage is fantastic. The HE-350 definitely sounds better than all of my closed back. I thought my Sennheiser RS165 sounds fantastic (which they do) but the HE-350 bumps it up another notch. I think these will sound better with an amp which I'm in the process of getting a Schiit stack.
