iamwardicusWould you care to comment on the T50RPmk3 differences? They were going to be my next headphone after this one as the Monolith quality-control issues scared me off those, and I didn't like the fit of the LCD3 headphones at all.
I also find the cable a big short, but I like it, though it does restrict you to DAP / desktop use (as compared to my Audio Technicas which I can plug into my NAD and sprawl out on my couch ... but they're unwieldy for anything else). Perhaps Hifiman has replacement cables on their site? It is a very nice cable though, non microphonic and non tangling.
