JustAnAudiophileHeck if I know but I'm gonna say neither. My guess is that it's going to vary on the ear tips you use just like the last version, and price means nothing here. The Hifiman HE-350 is based off of the HE-300, and the HE-350 is not only cheaper, but also much better.
