i received mine today and i really liked the sound of them, but then the right side just fell of, im really angry and i fell really tricked.
this was my first drop and if massdrop is not doing something about this it will be my last one!!!
FawwazIt was broken, but the cable was still attached so it still worked, then the cable just fell of after 2 houres of using.

tyllDamn this sucks! I recollect buying the original RE0 (back in 2010) and then a colleague got so impressed that he also ordered one. Similar thing happened with his pair in two weeks. He's a very careful user. Four months after that, my units left channel gave up. QA is a *big* issue with HiFiMan's in-ears. I got excited about the RE-00 thinking things must changed. But after looking at the photos you posted, I opted out.
shadyincthat sucks, but i think now that all of the hifiman products are not so good because in every revue stands that their build quality is "not so solid"

I thought I'd pick up a pair of these HiFiman earbuds while I wait for Massdrop to resolve my current problem, but after reading these comments, I realize I'm better off just going to Walmart. They've got cheap crap too... but at least there's no drama involved. See it.. buy it... own it... right now. Warranty return problem? "Yes sir, do you have a reciept?" "You do?"
