It's interesting to see the number/symbol keycaps legends are printed upside-down on purpose. I mean, look at those numbers and symbols keys, and compare them with your current keyboards, don't you get confused by the legends? When holding the Shift and hit any of those number/symbol keys, what I'm supposed to get as output? That's a question.

ApeWorldThe short answer to the last question is whatever you want. It is completely configurable. Out of the box it will be standard behavior. Since the shift legend on the number keys has historically been in the top left I'm sure they debated it and chose to keep it there and push the number to the right, however I agree with what you are getting at. It doesn't feel intuitive to me either. At the end of the day, I doubt it would take anyone very long to realize what was done and why whether you agree with it not withstanding.

ApeWorldPeople who decide to buy a $200 keyboard have surely seen and worked with keyboards for years and know that the main layer is numeric and shift layer symbolic. With the new LED lightpipe in the switch housing which distributes the light evenly around the switch they could have gone back to the old ways with the symbols above the numerics, but i guess these shine-through keycaps are mass produced so you can use them on other boards where the LEDs only shine brightest on the upper part of the keycaps.

ApeWorldDo you mean upside-down as in both characters are positioned on the top of the key? If so, I assume it is so that both characters have uniform backlighting. The LED is positioned on the upper side of the switch so characters on the closer side would be dimmer. My current keyboard suffers from this.
