treeincYes. In fact, there is a subwoofer specifically designed to go with these speakers, the LSR310S. However, you will need to buy a crossover system that works with TRS or XLR outputs.

RaymondblThanks Ray. What crossover system would you recommend? I'm using this for my laptop and desktop computers.

treeincIf you want to save some money on a sub, this one https://www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=605999 is supposed to be pretty similar to the LSR310S in quality. Same built in crossover and input support and a nicely recommended alternative on some audio sites. I have a Schiit Jotenheim desktop amp/dac with balanced pre-out connections so luckily I'm all set. Jotenheim pre-out XLR > sub > LSR30x is the way I plan to hook it up.
