wow incredible, a total of $3.10 savings when you buy here rather than from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/JBL-LSR305-Professional-Studio-Monitor/dp/B00F1DEI8G

mattmartin831The rubber feet are for sound isolation and the lacquer finish is, based on what I've read, an expensive process. I would think most people would find this the most beneficial, however: "Each pair of 30X is matched to within 1db, an unprecedented level of QC for speakers at this pricepoint [sic]."

mattmartin831The driver matching is nice and worth that cost easily. The finish on the other hand is very hit and miss. I personally hate glossy electronics but do recognize some people like it. That said, it has been my experience those that like the glossy finish would also be happy with something more subdued like make black with metal accents. However, on the flip side those that like a more subdued finish are less likely to accept a high gloss finish like these.
