why do these speakers crackle when i plug them into my computer, but for some reason they stop crackling after i turn the nob on the speakers down to 3.5 from 10. But i can play them connected to my phone when i turn the nob on the back to 10 without crackle. i also tried to connect my computer to a different outlet from my speakers but that didn't work. i also moved the cable that connects my speakers to my computer from any other cables but that didn't work either. i also tried to change it from +4dBu and -10dBu, but that didn't change anything. i had the same problem with my old speakers but that happened after i moved my computer to a different place. but when i plug my other Bluetooth speaker using AUX i don't have crackling.
i'm thinking either my speakers have a defect, my mother board is broken, or some kind of connectivity issue.
any suggestions?
