Intrigued by this drop, but how well does this pad hold air? Do you have to inflate it daily?
(I haven’t used air pads for years, because I could never find a good one which didn’t need some kind of daily inflation. Are all air pads still like that?)

sb11I have had no leakage occur with my single. The volume of the air inside does change when the temperature changes, but you can't fight thermodynamics. Anyway, even if it does leak a little, this holds so little air that you would probably only need to put a single breath back into it.

sb11So, these pads are intended to be inflated/deflated daily, as most people who use pads like this are backpacking/trekking and won't have a base camp. However, every time I get a new sleeping pad (I'm on maybe my 6th - Klymit, Nemo, Exped being the primary pads I've purchased), I inflate it and let it stay inflated for a day or two. In my experience, most of these pads will stay mostly inflated for a few days, with minor adjustments needed nightly. But, they don't take long to inflate or deflate so that's the bonus, and they are lightweight and packable. It's not the same as an air mattress, but close to that.
