Inspired by this I attempted to try myself. I couldn't figure out how to mount the female mmcx connector like in the picture so I just made a little cable extension instead. I also modded a Sony ex750bt bluetooth headphone with male mmcx connector. Together they make the perfect headphones for when I go on a ride on my bicycle. I'm still able to hear my surroundings and music.
