I am a college student and I live off campus. I walk a lot with them and they never fall out. Sometimes they get a little lose and I need to push it back in a little but that's not so bad. I haven't worked out with them yet because i hurt my elbow so I have been taking a break to let it get better. Hope this helped a little.
