So looking for some good Studio Headphones for mixing. I currently have Beyerdynamic 770 Pro 80 oms. Would these be comparable? Love the Beyer's just need another set.

FabeandLeshow you can ever mixing with 770? They frequency response is terrible. Not even close to flat and neutral. Even that Meze - better!

FabeandLesHello, For mixing, i recommend you the AKG K240 , either MK2 or 1 or the M220 how they're called here. Just the colour is different, between all. I have both, the Meze 99's and Beyer 770's and they're both less precise than the K240 (I got one of them too) and also more expensive and besides that, you have a closed pair, an open one will help, it makes more sense for a second one. Problem is, the 99's are bassy and 770's highs are just razor sharp. Both are more or less muddy, though repairable with good amps and probably pad replacement. The K240 may lack some bass but trust me, they are more precise and a better tool than both these (99's and 770's). Hope that helps, somewhat.
