sblaydesThe keyboard is hot-swapabble, no soldering or anything fancy is required. You can for example grab Cherry MX Blues somewhere else and simply install them (again no soldering required).
But to be honest, if grab this keyboard and select BOX White switches which are in my humble opinion much better than Cherry MX Blues.
I have a Vortex Vibe with MX Blues which is literally unusable, worst switches I’ve ever typed on. Mind you I use Gateron Blues only daily driver.

MiToI appreciate your reply and options, but if I am going to drop $200+ on keyboard, I don't want to settle on anything. Even if my choices are inferior, I want my choices.
sblaydesI’m not trying to convince you to purchase anything, just wanted to share my own experience when it comes to keyboards and switches. Your choices aren’t inferior by any means, you do you and I hope you find something perfect eventually!
sblaydesI'll try to convince you though. Don't let the lack of cherry blues deter you from a nice keeb like this one. The box whites are a satisfying alternative to other clicky switches and if that just really isn't your style, there are other places you can grab the cherry blue switches, not just here. Chances are you'll have the switches before the keeb anyway if you do that and can then literally just drop them in :)
I personally bought a barebones with the intent to put in zelios or box navy blues...
sblaydesI think you are missing the point. You have to purchase the switches in this drop at an additional charge, so buy cherry blues from one of many reputable online vendors instead and literally plug them into the board. What settling is taking place?

FatalruinOkay, at that point I am not settling on what I want, but I am having to buy from multiple places instead of just getting what I want from one place. That is only a deal if I don't value my time.
sblaydesI think you may be missing yet another point. The whole reason to buy a keyboard with a hot swappable pcb is to experiment with switch combinations or replace what you've had easily. If you're not willing to buy switches as separate purchases, I have the feeling that this major feature will be wasted on you. I think you are coming to the correct conclusion that this and the majority of custom keyboards may not be for you. I would suggest looking at Leopold's line on mechanicalkeyboards.com to find a solid KB in your preferred switch. Good luck on the hunt.

FatalruinFair enough. It is hard for me to part with that much on a keyboard when and it not be perfect the minute I pull it out of the box.
Thanks for the suggestion on the Leopold's line.
cureI'm not a mx blue fan myself, but if you don't have the cash or patience to experiment with other switches and are content with the blues, I see no harm in sticking with them. I kind of admire that contentment to be honest as I'm one of many here that are constantly reaching for those end game feels that are always out of reach. Also, retooled cherry linear switches are top notch now. I'm currently running a board for gaming with mx silent blacks (retooled) with 65g gold sprit springs which feel fantastic.
