On the FR, why the big dip at 10k? Seems odd.

jishamSeems like an anomaly compensating for a quirk in the driver and/or the earcup materials. No headphone on Earth should have such a drastic dip at 10k, therefore I cannot trust this headphone.
Looks like my trusty hd58X will take some beating. I compared the hd58X with the Acoustic Research AR-H1 Planar headphone on a high-end dual-Tube amp and on the Sennheiser HDVD 800 dac/amp, and the hd58X was the clear winner every time. I can't see how this Ether CX could beat the hd58X. BTW, the hd58X blows away the Beyerdynamic 1990 Pro < don't go near this one, it's openback but it's a money-grabing flop.
