riseuplightWhile I understand what you are saying that is also a bad way to say they are overpiced. For a similar price of used HD800S open back dynamic headphones, you get a brand new pair of closed back planar magnetic headphones. They are no where in the same league. Personally I like planar magnetic headphones, my mobius with different pads and iSines are my babies. Though I want something a bit more premium without going too expensive. So my money, when I have enough, will go to these. I really like the idea of that cable and how it secures into the drivers.

riseuplightI bought these because my ears were getting too warm so I wanted something to help the headphones breath. What I did was I tore out the original earpads off of the removable adapter, took some epoxy and put several dots of it around where the old pad was attached the new pad to the adapter and placed a binder and a safe with some gold and silver bars in it that my grandma gave to my parent, i did this while at their house helping them get dinner ready. After 4 hours I removed them from under the binder then let the cured for 24 hours and then they were ready to use. https://www.amazon.com/Brainwavz-Perforated-Replacement-Memory-Earpads/dp/B07FSZY866/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1543724622&sr=8-14&keywords=brainwavz+earpads
