I am new to this raw denim thing, I recently bought an expensive pair of jeans just because they were supremely comfortable and stretchy. I am talking about the Banana republic Travellers. They had something about Japanese cotton too.
I am 5'7" and 205lbs. 36" waist. My main problem with normal pair of jeans is they aren't stretchy. My other pair of comfortable jeans are from A&F athletic skinny fit. These are stretchy too.
So my only question is how stretchy are these and do we have a tapered fit? Coz the ones that for my thighs end up getting baggier/boxier.

SreekanthThese are not going to be stretchy, the Travelers are a cotton/poly blend which is why they are stretchy, these are 100% cotton which will have virtually no 'stretch' in the way you are thinking and at 13.75oz these will likely feel quite stiff to you.
If you think the Travelers are expensive you should check out some of the boutique raw brands like Pure Blue Japan or Iron Heart. Denim at a whole other level.
