AdicusDoes this mean Massdrop accepts returns on these or are you just a one off case here? Because honestly not having a viable return path or place people can exchange their pants is a risky prop.

AdicusBetter service than what I got when I ordered a pair of N&F weird guys from their website. I had the exact same thing but mine were too large. Good job Massdrop!

I followed the sizing chart, and ordered size 34, since I normally wear size 36. They fit, but they were way tighter than I like, so I contacted MD. It took a few days, but they eventually responded by telling me they were sending the new pair immediately, and also included pre-paid postage for the return pair too!
I should note I only removed the 34s from the bag and tried them on - I did not remove any tags or labels and told MD this when I contacted them.
I was very impressed that MD sent out the new pair before I had even mailed the return in.
The size 36 arrived yesterday and I love the fit so much better.
I have heard many complaints about MD, but honestly, other than one canceled deal, and a delivery of a knife with the not advertised steel (which MD did a great job compensating for), I have had really great experiences here. Sure, I do my research, and sometimes I end up buying an item I found here, elsewhere, but what I truly respect is that MD will even let you post that in the comments.
Thanks again MD for turning a disappointing $100 purchase into a really satisfying, first time Selvage, experience!!!!
