I have a question though. I live in Melbourne. If this is custom fit and I place an order, how are they going to “measure” my ears?

HeadbangerThey wouldn't do any measuring. You are responsible for finding an audiologist and getting a set of impressions made.

HeadbangerThe audiologist will make a mold/impression of your ear. You will then have to send that mold to Noble which they will use to make your custom IEM (CIEM).

HeadbangerAn audiologist makes a mold of your ears. That mold is sent to Noble, and they sculpt your CIEM based in this mold.

HeadbangerYou wouldn't need to find a Noble shop. They wouldn't make the impressions for you anyway. You need to find an audiologist / hearing aid specialist and inquire if they can make an ear mold/impression for you for a custom in ear monitor. I'm sure Noble / Massdrop will provide instructions on what type of impression is needed before finalizing everything. Take a read here - https://nobleaudio.com/en/support/impressions-instructions/

HeadbangerI recently also had the same problem buying Ciems in Melbourne. I would recommend trying Melbourne audiologist centre. The person who did my impression knew what she was doing and what Ciems were at least.
