Hey Everyone, Reminder to please ship the impressions with a copy of your order receipt: -Some are mailing in impressions without including a copy of the order receipt. -Some impressions are arriving with just a hand-written last name that can be difficult to read. Noble is doing their best to match things up against the information that we provided them, this will make it faster and smoother.
How do you get a copy of your order Receipt? -Your profile dropdown menu (at your picture in the top right hand corner) has Transactions section -Find the Kaiser 10 transaction and click on the word, "RECEIPT" -RECEIPT is actually a button that will pull up a printable Order Receipt.
Thanks for working with us as we get this new Custom IEM drop rolling!

CEE_TEEChecked in with Noble on Signature Required Deliveries: -Noble will be on-hand to accept the deliveries of inbound ear impressions. -On the off-chance that they aren't there on the first delivery attempt (potentially on break) and a signature is required, please don't worry as the courier will attempt another delivery to Noble and it should go through at that time. -From some of the comments here...it seems that they also pick up impressions from the Post Office when needed.

CEE_TEEHey CEE_TEE, How can we be sure what state our drop is in? I sent my impressions and my order as requested... I'm most interested in a basic "Everything checks out good." I'd hate for August to get here and finally get word back that there was something wrong with the impressions, or the package and they don't know it was from me, etc.

ChyronAgreed. It would be awesome to get some sort of confirmation. I suppose we could email Noble, but as I understand it, it's preferable to go through Massdrop.

CEE_TEEAdding my voice to the pile, still waiting for instructions on what to do with my impressions.
Also, I asked Massdrop support to update the images for the drop. According to Noble, the Blue Carbon Glass looks nothing like the image that is being used, which is Gray Carbon Glass (and not an option). Since I ordered the Blue Carbon Glass, it would be nice to have confirmation that the image Noble has on their Instagram page is more representative.
