I have had a horrific experience with this drop. My credit card was charged on 21 March, ear impressions sent on 14 May. On 18 Sep, 2 days before promised shipping, I got an email telling me that my ear impressions were not received. It is unbelievable that Noble did not even have a simple tracking system in excel to tick off every step in the order execution process. After much discussion with Dave at MD, I sent another set of impressions. I received a message from UPS saying that there was a delivery from Chengdu. I scambled to check if there was a fraudulent charge on my credit card, since I had not ordered anything from China. It took 10 months fpr the K10s to reach me. Jim at Noble Audio responded in a high handed manner to my furious email. Not a word of apology. And the Red carbon ones look black. No amount of bright light can make them look as red as they did in the drop. What a horrible company to deal with. Great products marred by atrocious commitment to customer satisfaction. Abysmal communication, first about their move to a new office, that led to so many impressions being lost. Second about why products are shipped from China. Jim explained haughtily about the illustrious history of noble Audio and the connection with Chengdu AFTER I emailed him. He also asked me to communicate with MD about issues, since I had paid money to them. So Noble didn't get any money for this drop? Arrogant .... !!! Jim, I will never buy another Noble product. There are many other good audio companies out there, with great products and impeccable customer service. You will lose customers to them.

PnjupiterThis was your original email: I ordered a this product and paid for it in March 2018!!! The impressions were sent in May 2018, and were received by one Gerry Quick. In September 2 days before delivery due date I was informed that Noble did not receive the impressions!!!! After much heartache, I sent another set of impressions. Now UPS has informed me that they have a delivery of earphones for me from CHENGDU EARPHONE EQUIPMENT company in China!! You guys have no shame? I will NOT accept delivery of a Chinese product after ALMOST A YEAR. when I paid for a product manufactured in the USA. Wait for the social media shitstorm that follows. And this was my response: You are obviously unaware of the company’s history. It is no secret that John Moulton, the founder of Noble worked in Chengdu for a number of years and founded Heir Audio in China. He had a falling out with his business partner, left Heir Audio and formed Noble. The employees he personally trained for years remained with Noble, rather than stay with Heir Audio. Noble, being a US company is unable to own or operate a company in China, without a Chinese citizen owning a majority share. Accordingly, the lab is a third party entity. They have always produced Noble custom headphones and are frankly the best in the world at what they do. You can google this information as it is all available on the internet, and is no secret. Your headphones are being shipped directly from the lab as it is more cost effective and quicker to send them to customers outside the US directly to the customers, rather than sending them to the US headquarters first.  I'm sorry if you feel that I was "haughty" in my response, as that was not my intent. I'm unclear as to what I needed to apologize for, as our history is nothing to be ashamed of, nor is it any sort of secret. I only meant to explain the history and why the headphones were being shipped from Chengdu. I wish you only the best. Jim

jimatNobleJim, thank you for posting our entire conversation here. You amply demonstrate how much anger and ill feeling you have caused, rather than satisfaction and happiness. If you're still not getting it, then I wish you, Hefe and Noble all the best.
