HefeThanks..interesting to read the comments there, but as always, one has to compare by himself to have own conclusions. The biggest problem for me is that barely no IE fits in my ear. But the SE846 does very well. It sounds overall fantastic. It has great bass extension and quality that is amazing, even it does not match my Fostex TH-900. It seems, I would like the NK10 (or better NK Encore) for better trebles, but I am very unsure if they will fit in my ears or not. I will check if they will come to High End in Munich, this year in May.

tiadThis much I can say for sure
The k10 is built from a solid block of aluminum, cnc milled down to spec then anodized.
SE846/IE800 housing built through injection molding process. As to a subjective comparisons I have no insights on that

tiadAs for fitting concerns, it might be more beneficial to look at CIEMs. CustomArt has some drops on Massdrop every now and then. Noble Audio themselves have CIEMs at different price points. I can tell you that the K10 is very large, but they do sit in your ears differently than the Shures I own. Whether that translates to a better fit for you, I couldn’t say. Are you willing to risk it for $900? That much money can get you a nice pair of CIEMs if fit is the first major concern.

ZALHERAThanks for your reply. For user, I won't take the risk. Therefore I will try to listen them any time, maybe at the High End in Munich coming this May. I love my Sennheiser IE800 actually most, but they really don't stay in my ears. I also thought about otoplastic (custom ear mould).

tiadThis is a direct comparison between the K10 and Shure 846: http://passionforsound.lachlanfennen.com/noble-kaiser-k10-custom-in-ear-monitor/.
In short, the K10 is better but maybe not for the asking price if you already have the 846. Also factor in fit as they are larger. If you didn't have the 846 then they would definitely be worth the purchase.
I had the Senn IE800s and ultimately retunred them. I liked the ergonomics and sound of the 846 more than them so comparing them to the K10 would be an even larger gap than vs the 846.
