I have the K10 for 2.5 years and I love them. These will be my second noble and be my daily driver in the office and for travel. I have plenty of IEMs that I use in random rotation depending what I feel like. FLC8S, Aurisonics ASG 2.5, Harmony, JVC HA-FX850, AAW AH3Pro customs, RHA T20, Sennheiser IE80, LZ-A3, Shozy Zero, etc. I spend a few weeks with a friend's Westone UMPro 50 and W60 and recently with the W80 and must say that the W80 finally have the treble I missed with the previous Westones offerings that prevented a "must-buy-these" urge. This offering from Noble utilizes proprietary BA drivers made exclusively for noble to their specs. I feel we will be really in for a treat. My K10 is from a time when no proprietary drivers were used and I grab it for a musical, absolutely coherent experience. Now that noble switched to their very own drivers, I am very curious what they are able to do. Love the noble sound. It's exciting, fun, grand and just so coherent, it flows so well together and all that with offering all the details you need.

koolpepYeah, I have several Noble's myself. The K10 U from when they first came out, the K10 Customs from a year or so ago, plus the Noble 6 from a few years back, and the more recent Savant. I love the Savant and I've read that the X has a different take on the sound. Still I'm on the fence about getting this one, but I have to say the price is excellent for a Noble earphone. They all have great sound signatures, usually spacious and bigger than most earphones. Wizard and company develop and put out quality earphones. For those who don't own any Noble earphones, I highly recommend them. I would jump on this Massdrop deal if I didn't already own several Noble IEM'S.

koolpepYou are right about the drivers! I you take a tour around the Noble website only the flagships and the Sage use proprietary BA while the rest only BA drivers are indicated. Also the price tell us about that. The Sage is around 600$ (the discontinued Savana 500$) with 2 BA by side, when the Trident with 3 (399$) and the Savanna with 4 (499$). That's why I feel that this drop made sence
