SrojasAlong the edge of the housing are two snap redges directly opposing each other. It appears that one snap ridge is gone, suggesting they were dropped and the shock of the drop broke off the ridge.
If you want a Noble IEM that can withstand beeing dropped stepped on etc consider the KATANA or the ENCORE those are overbuilt but they cost a lot more than-250$

I was changing my tips today and it looks like the epoxy on the right unit used to seal the outer face to the shell wore out somehow, It is coming off, not the biggest deal as some replacement adhesive should take care of it.
Just not something I should be seeing from $250 phones, especially from Noble.
