How are there still so many people asking comparison questions when there's a detailed review up on headfi? Here's the link. Again. http://www.head-fi.org/products/massdrop-x-noble-x-universal-iem/reviews/17389
If you can barely afford it, don't get it.
If you already have something and are questioning whether to get it, see if you can afford it. If you can, know that these are the most affordable Noble IEMs we're (probably) ever going to see.
The general consensus regarding sound signature is something dark with prominent bass, slightly recessed mids, and a treble drop off. Most people buying these probably don't have enough experience to know what this means sadly.
Just know that for entry level "audiophile" gear, you can't go wrong (unless you hate bass and/or warmth). Also they look cool but your aesthetic may vary.
Edit: Also what's better to some people may not be better for you. This is highly dependent on INDIVIDUAL preferences.
For example, if you're a basshead, it doesn't matter how expensive the balanced earphone you have is because it likely won't have the quantity of bass you're craving.
