After about a week of use, the right channel of my unit dropped out, which turned out to be a defect in the microphone cable. After contacting support, I got a message indicating that a new cable was on its way. About a week after that the right channel dropped out again. Since a cable was already on its way, I contacted support again letting them know that I would wait for the arrival of the replacement cable and then sent everything back for warranty repair. Thus, I was getting ready to wait for a while until I got the repaired unit back. To my surprise, I got a nice little box in the mail today containing a brand new unit, w/no questions asked. Very nice......

DesastorI noticed mine keeps dropping out randomly. Like I'll have to pull the monitor off and reattach the cable to it and it'll be fine for a while. Who did you contact? Massdrop?

SimielI contacted mass drop first but they directed me to optoma support. Have to ship them out soon.

DesastorThat's good customer service right there, and these EDC's are my first product from Massdrop! I've been Recording live music for over 20+ years now, and I hope that these can reproduce the good details and nuances of a good high resolution audio Recording in 24bit FLACs!! I'm sure that I'll be happy with these!
Thanks to everyone who posted your reviews too! I've been looking for the right IEM's for a few months now, and without your reviews I probably wouldn't have settled with these!
