I received these in Oct and fell in love with them. I use these at work and they worked great. Loved the sound quality right out of the box, didn't bother with burn in. However, within the past 2 weeks, I've had issues with the left earbud . It now doesn't like being used for more than 2hrs consecutively. It will just fade out amd get real quite . I've tried a couple of things here. One, switching the left cable with the right one, no change there. Two, switch the cables completely with the one that includes the mic, no change. And third, different source, nothing. The original audio source, works no problem with different headphones. If anyone has any ideas I'm open, otherwise I'm pretty disappointed.

RulotherThis sounds very unusual. There aren't any components that should behave like this. Only thing I can imagine is that the driver voice coil is doing something strange. Can we take back the pair you have and replace to a new pair? I´d like to inspect the earphones and ship to our factory so that we can troubleshoot with our driver manufacturer and avoid similar situations in future.
