Not really an audiophile, but what would be the difference between these and the 1more Triple Driver?

WaterrmelonnWell for starters, the triple driver in the 1more is a hybrid design which means that one of the three drivers isn't balanced armature but is dynamic. Talking generally here, but balanced armature drivers are usually tuned to a certain range of frequency. That's why you hear some companies saying "6 balanced armature: 2 high, 2 mid, 2 low". A dynamic driver is a more traditional magnetic driver and can produce a range of frequencies without much trouble, kind of like an all rounder. For the 1more triple driver the dynamic will likely be used to fill out the sound and add more bass drive (but they don't really make this information clear). I would recommend waiting for these to be released and then see the reviews, or check out some reviewers as NuForce may give out advanced units for review, then see which takes your fancy. From my experience with NuForce these should be great 'bang for buck' and they normally come with an amazing set of accessories!

ultimatewingmanThe dynamic is likely just for the bottom end. Monoprice's MP80 runs two drivers, and actually states that the dynamic is for the bottom end. Dynamic drivers just have a wider response. They can still be (and often are) tuned just like any other driver. A 2/3/4/etc way loudspeaker is generally going to use a woofer that's extremely similar to a dynamic driver, focused on a specific frequency range. You can generally get more for less (quantity, not necessarily quality) in the low end from dynamics than BA drivers at the sizes used in these things.
These may not be what I'm after, as I tend to go a little more skewed from neutral than this, but three BA drivers, with an appropriately enlarged bass driver, is definitely interesting at this price.
