Hi, I have used the EDC 3 that as my daily driver for 2 and 1/2 Months now and have always been very careful in making sure that the 3.5 mm Jack L-shaped Plug was not damaged since I have heard of people complaining that it is rather fragile (I saw a couple of users saying that the connector/jack snapped after only around 2 months of daily use). I thought that some of the users might have been careless in taking care of these IEMs (even though it is marked as an Every Day Carry, I believe that one still must pay attention and take a good care of it since the plug is plastic not fully rubber), and didn't think it would happen to me but it did. In the middle of use, while I was walking I noticed disconnections with it connected to my LG G6. Mind you, when I plugged the jack in, it was still intact. I thought there was something wrong with my phone or the pin connectors to the IEMs themselves at first but I was greeted with a snapped plug as shown here in these pictures. I wondering if this is covered by any sort of warranty or if it is not, where can I a replacement cable or are there any other replacements that are stronger than this one?
