I'm quite tempted by these but I'm wondering if anyone knows if they'll play nicely with a Das Keyboard 4 professional? I assume they would but I know the larger keys have stabilizers that make things difficult (I've never tried to change the key caps, I've done some reading about it though).

Soldierx1Looks like a pretty standard layout. And since it uses Cherry switches, this set will work on the board.
From some cursory searching, it looks like the spacebar will use Cherry stabs (which are easier to deal with), and Costar stabs for the other long keys (which are more of a PITA). For Cherry stabs, I like to use two pullers until I get one side off, then carefully use my fingers (and puller as needed) to remove the other side.
Someone's post on Reddit about your KB: https://www.reddit.com/r/MechanicalKeyboards/comments/2cviig/review_das_keyboard_4_professional/
For dealing with the Costar stabs, this tutorial appears to be a good one: https://support.wasdkeyboards.com/hc/en-us/articles/115008742027-Removing-Cherry-MX-Keycaps
Just take your time :) Personally, I'm still awful and really slow at changing out keys on Costar stabs.

Soldierx1The stabilizers of the Das keyboards are so called Costar-stabilizers, which are indeed a bit tricky to handle. But nothing that you should worry too much about, I've changed the keycaps of my Filco keyboard a dozen times which has the same kind of stabilizers.

K-BotThank you very much for the info! It's good to know it's doable, would be nice to spruce the board up with these caps. Great resources too, much appreciated :)

OblotzkyAwesome thank you! Sounds like I'll just have to be careful and take it slow. By the way I love the way these key caps look, you've done some excellent work!
