I hate to add to the negativity, but pretty much is well warranted so I'll keep it short and sweet. Pros: 1. Design (Spinner) - Rama has some excellent keyboard-related designs and this spinner really grabbed my attention. 2. Weight (Brass) 3. Finish/Coating - Nice smooth finish with no blemishes. Exactly as expected from Rama and his QC. 3. Design (Box) - His box graphics are right on point.
Cons: 1. Shipping & Packaging - Horrible bubble bag "padding." The spinner's box wasn't even wrapped in bubble wrap which would have prevented all the "missing screws" debacle. The spinner's box was literally wide open with the tape stuck to the bubble bags. Luckily I had all three screws even though two of them were in the Massdrop box. 2. Bearing - Nothing special... or even mediocre for that matter. Just a crap 608 bearing. Around a minute spin time stock. A little over two minutes after washing & drying it. I'll have to get a R188 adapter if I'm actually going to use this for more than a paperweight. 3. Feel - Scratchy as hell. 4. Screws - Worse than I expected and willing to deal with. Should've just had a bearing cutout with a screw ring fastener (for lack of better word choice).

Pluto19Wow, a minute of spin time? That's way better than mine, which is like 10-15 seconds. Maybe I'll try washing it.

KumiI've tried all different variations. Over-tightening the screws does negatively affect it, but even when they're loosened up a bit, I only get like 10 seconds. The grinding and wobble are noticeable.

Colluphid42Not trying to come off condescending (since this is over the internet and some people might misinterpret things), but did you follow the directions on putting it on a flat surface and tighten the screws one rotation at a time?

Colluphid42Then yeah, man... we're just gonna have to hit up Customer Support and see if anything comes from it. Hopefully a better bearing.

Pluto19I already submitted a request. They said they're talking to the manufacturer about a replacement timeline. I suppose I'll wait and see what that looks like. If it's too long, I'll just do a refund.
